1. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Order cancellations are accepted within two hours of the order being placed. To cancel your order, please contact us at (+94) 771 924 810, as soon as possible.

Refund for Canceled Orders: If you submit your request for cancellation during the allotted time, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, orders canceled after two hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as the preparation process may have begun.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Eligibility: We strive to ensure that every bouquet or arrangement reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive flowers that are damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Required Documentation: To process a replacement or refund, we may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items, along with your order details.

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a full or partial refund. Replacement availability is subject to flower inventory.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral products are considered non-returnable once delivered.

Custom Orders: Custom and special orders are created uniquely and are therefore non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. For any issues with custom arrangements, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Refund Processing

– Refunds for eligible cancellations or returns will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

– Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

– If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

– We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

– Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
